OOH Planner: Error when saving or exporting a campaign

“When I want to save my campaign, I get an error.”

“When I exporting a CSV or XLXS file via the planner, I get an error or the page appears to be broken.”

Suggestions

  1. Please make sure to always select an audience targeting.

    It is not yet possible to use proximity data only - however this is currently in development and will be shared once available!
    In order to capture as many users as possible, we suggest you to select the 18+ audience dataset in Adsquare Data Alliance > Demographics.

  2. Please make sure the campaign name does not contain any special character.

    The campaign name should not contain special characters such as:
    ~ ` @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) + = { } [ ] | \ / : ; " ' < > , . ? § ° ¬ ± ¡ ¢ ¬ ® §
    as well as letters such as ö ü ä ß é è ê,etc.
    We recommend the campaign name to be composed of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and separators like _ or -.

    If there are any special characters, you need to remove them in order to save or export the campaign without issue.


If the target group contains an audience data and there are no special characters in the campaign name, please open a Support Desk ticket and we will look into the issue.
