A live profile allows users to discover your data offerings within OnePlatform. Without it, you may miss out on potential partnerships and monetization opportunities.
Steps to Go Live
The setup process is quick and typically takes only 5 minutes:
Log in: Access your account on OnePlatform.
Navigate: Go to the Admin section and select Public Profile.
Complete Your Profile: Fill in your company details, add your logo, and upload any helpful documentation for buyers.
Publish: Locate the ‘Published’ toggle and switch it to On.
Troubleshooting Tip: If the "Published" status doesn't update or the option to republish is missing, simply clear your browser’s cache and refresh the page.
