Background

Tapad will discontinue their business in the EU and the UK completely from 1st August, so they will no longer be able to support Cross Device Targeting nor Cross Device Measurement in these markets.

What does that mean for Adsquare?

  • Active segments using the Cross-Device option will continue to be updated with Tapad's cross-device graph for the next two weeks, until the 14th of June.

  • From today onwards, it is not possible to create new segments and select the Cross-Device option.

What are the alternatives?

Targeting
Most of the DSPs we partner with offer their own graphs, we encourage you to check the option of your preferred DSP. Platform Partnerships should be able to guide you on the best options. We will not offer an Adsquare Cross Device Targeting Solution anymore in the future.

Measurement

We will support this product in the US via Liveramp where we see the biggest demand for this product. We will look for an alternative partner who can potentially support us with this Product in the long run.
