I made a mistake when uploading the taxonomy, can I change it?

Option 1: Overwrite with a New Upload

  1. Fix Your File: Correct the errors and Keep segment IDs consistent to maintain data continuity.

  2. Re-upload: Upload the corrected file in the Data Management section. The system will automatically overwrite the existing structure.

Option 2: Rollback to a Previous Version

If you need to revert to a previous state, you can use the built-in version control:

  • Rollback: Revert the taxonomy to a point in time when the configuration was correct.

  • Location: This feature is found directly in Data Management

  • Adjust: Once rolled back, you can make additional adjustments starting from that clean version.


Important Considerations

  • Sync Time: Changes typically take 24 hours to reflect across the platform.

  • Active Packages: Modifying segments currently in use may impact active data delivery.
