Organize segments from broad to specific. Aim for 2 to 3 levels to keep navigation simple but detailed.
Example: Lifestyle > Fitness > Gym
2. Clear Naming
Self-Explanatory: Use descriptive names (e.g., "Frequent Travelers") rather than internal codes. Dataset names should be intuitive and give clients an understanding of what they represent, rather than being called just ‘high’, ‘low’, ‘yes’ or ‘no’.
3. Consistency
Keep your structure uniform across all countries and categories. This makes it easier for users to find and scale your segments. Dataset descriptions should be used to give further context or explanations to datasets to ensure that clients can use them without any questions.
