No, CPMs cannot be included in the taxonomy file. Pricing is handled at the Package level rather than the segment level.
To set or update your pricing, navigate to the Packages section of OnePlatform.
Once your taxonomy is live, you can group segments into packages and assign the relevant CPMs there.
