Navigate to the ‘Segments’ menu on the left-hand side

Select ‘My Segments’ 

Filter the segments accordingly

Select your desired Segment

Click on the ' ... ' icon which appears on the right hand side 

Click on 'Edit Segment'

Don't forget to Save your changes
